(AMS) is a the quality designer and manufacturer of integrated circuit power management and analog products.AMS has a long process of development.Started as a design house,AMS only produced OEM products in 1989 and developed "AMS product line" in 1991.AMS incorporated in the State of California in 1997 and added power management into the product line.AMS set up sales department in 1998 which means expanding sales force worldwide.AMS operated from new Corporate Headquarters in Livermore, California.AMS expanded Engineering Facility and absorbed engineering staff in 2000.
